Warranty Warranty claims processing in most events will be between the
buyer and the manufacturer of your new scooter and should be
processed directly with the manufacturer of the scooter . Neo
Scooters only executes or processes warranty issues on Razorback and
Tanaka scooters. Please see the appropriate information below
regarding the policy for other manufacturers found on this site. In
the event you did not receive any type of registration or contact
information for the manufacturer warranty claims, please email customer.service@neoscooters.com
for information.
Neo Scooters providers make every effort to ensure that products
are free of defects or damages before shipment from the warehouses.
Please inspect your new scooter immediately upon receipt. Note that
damaged plastic parts claims (color coordinated housings, etc.) that
are not covered by the manufacturers warranty should be
submitted to the carrier. It is therefore imperative that goods
received damaged are reported immediately so that the appropriate
claim may be submitted to the shipping carrier.
DAMAGE THAT OCCURS DURING SHIPPING IS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR
WARRANTY BUT IS COVERED BY THE CARRIERS INSURANCE! YOU MUST PROCESS
A CLAIM DIRECTLY WITH THE CARRIER! Free parts to replace those
that were damaged during shipping will be provided upon completion
of proper notification. You may be required to send the part back or
send photos (as attachment to email is fine) before manufacturer
will send a replacement.
If you are present at time of delivery do not hesitate to keep
the carrier at your doorstep until you inspect the box and the
contents for shipping damage. If there is major damage REFUSE
THE SHIPMENT and file the report right then. The carrier will
return it at their cost to the point of origin and sending you a
replacement is much less complicated. X-treme requires
notification within 24 hours of shipping damage.
Not all shipments require a signature for receipt of delivery.
You can still process a claim within 24 hours directly with the
carrier.
NOTE: Minor scratches caused from shipping and handling
or "blems" or blemishes are not considered replaceable
damage as they do not affect the functionality of the scooter.
Again, every effort is made to provide styrofoam, bubble wrap and
padding as required to insure damage free delivery. However,
due to the rough handling by the carriers there will always be some
movement within the box that will appear as small rubs, blemishes or
wear marks. Do NOT refuse the shipment on this basis. Only
significant damage that cannot be repaired by the installation of
new, replacement parts would be justification to refuse delivery.
In the event that spare parts or in the rare case an exchange is
needed, we will only ship items free of charge to the original
shipping address. There will be no exceptions.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal
maintenance items, or any damage, failure, or loss that is cause by
improper assembly, electrical parts, adjustment, storage, or use of
the product.
Warranty will be void if the product is ever used
in any competitive sport, altered, misused or modified, ridden by
more than one person at a time or used for stunt riding, jumping or
similar activity.
Return Policy
Products may not be returned simply because you do not want
it anymore. Most defects can be fixed with a free part or parts
being sent to you at no cost. This includes parts found
missing during initial assembly.
Any and all returns must be authorized in
advance. If you fail to do so, we will be forced to refuse your
package and it will be returned to you. All Sales are final.
Absolutely no refunds on any item - no exceptions.
The buyer is responsible for shipping both to and
from your location (Items that offer Free Shipping are subject to
shipping charges). Shipping charges are never refunded for any
reason.

Your warranty for X-treme Scooters is directly with the
manufacturer. The Manufacturer (X-Treme Scooters)
offers a 30-day limited warranty on X-treme scooters and
accessories. This warranty covers factory defects only. The
Manufacturer will however send you free parts at their discretion
during the 30 day warranty. Read X-treme's
warranty for exactly what is covered. See the Imported
Chinese Economy Scooters Notice found below.
Warranty(last updated 10/04/2007) X-Treme Scooters
offers a 30-day limited bumper-to-bumper manufacturers warranty on
all scooters and accessories on all models.
Selected 90 day warranty models include:
Electric Bicycle's XB-350 - XB-500 - XB-508 - XB-600
The warranty starts the day the scooter is delivered to you. This
warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover
misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. X-Treme
will pay for standard shipping service costs on the first warranty
shipment only. Any additional warranty parts that are needed will
require the customer to pay all shipping costs.
Battery Warranty
We offer a full 6-month even trade warranty on defective batteries.
If any battery should become faulty within the specified warranty
period we will replace the battery free of charge. X-Treme requires
that defective batteries be returned to us for exchange. X-Treme
Scooters does not pay the shipping fee's to return the batteries to
us however we will pay to ship the replacement batteries back to

support department winter hours are Monday through Thursday 9 AM to
4 PM Central Standard Time. Summer hours are 5 days per week.
Gasoline Engine
Warranty We offer a
30 day warranty on all gas engines for all models.
We offer a 1 year engine warranty on selected ATV's & Moped
Motorcycles models:
XA-110 - XA-112 - XA-114 - XA-150 - XM-50 - XM-150 XM-155. The 1
year engine warranty warrants against factory defects only.
Defective engines must be returned to X-Treme Scooters at the
customers expense & will be replaced if X-Treme Scooters determines
the engine is defective due to a factory defect.
X-Treme Scooters will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement
engine to the customer.
Limited Warranty
Details What is covered & what is not covered: 1. Scooter Body:
Damage to any plastic/fiberglass part that is a result of shipping
is covered only if it occurred during shipping. Shipping damage must
be reported immediately after delivery to be covered under warranty.
Otherwise, the plastic/fiberglass body parts are not covered under
this warranty. If, after careful inspection by our technical support
department it is determined that the scooter was damaged during
shipping (digital photos may be required by e-mail) , X-Treme
scooters at it's discretion will supply free of charge the necessary
replacement parts to fix the damaged scooter. X-Treme will not pay
labor charges to install such parts. 2. Tires, tubes & kick stands: These items are NOT covered
unless they are damaged as a result of shipping. 3. During the first 30 days of the warranty: X-Treme Scooters
will replace any defective part free of charge and free of shipping
charge to the end user of the scooter. X-Treme may require certain
parts to be shipped back to X-Treme before replacing those parts.
Shipping costs back to X-Treme must be paid for by the end user /
customer. Call tags will never be issued.
Pocket Bike & Gas
Scooters Models Starting With 'XG' Warranty:"Manufactures defects will only be
covered" 1. Engines
are covered. Each engine is started, tuned up and tested before we
ship the pocket bike or gas scooter to you. Failure to premix oil
with the gas voids the engine warranty. 2. Pull starters are not covered. Spare scooter pull starters
can be
purchased online. 3. Tires, tubes & flat tires are not covered unless damaged
during shipping. (Damage must be reported to us immediately.
Return Policy: Scooter & pocket bike returns are not allowed.
In the rare occasion that a special circumstance scooter return is
allowed, the scooter must be packed up in it's original shipping
carton, all accessories and parts must be included and you must
write our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number clearly on
the outside of the carton or we will refuse your shipment. Return
shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Any scooter or pocket bike
that arrives at our warehouse without a valid authorized RMA number
(Return Merchandise Authorization) clearly written on the outside of
the shipping carton will be
refused. Freight collect and COD packages will not
be accepted. We never issue call tags. Unauthorized returns are
subject to a $35.00 restocking fee plus the original cost of
shipping.
Signature Required
Option: We make a
Signature Required Service available to all our customers at the
time of purchase for a minimal fee. If this service is not purchased
X-Treme
Scooters will not be responsible for packages that have been left at
the
recipient's door and consequently lost and/or Stolen.
Lifetime Technical
Support:
Lifetime technical support is provided to each customer that
purchases an X-Treme Scooter. To access our technical support
department click on this link

open a support ticket. After a support ticket has been opened an
X-Treme Scooter technician will respond to your ticket and an e-mail
will be sent to you. If you would like to speak to a technician by
phone, include your phone number on the ticket and ask the
technician to contact you. Tickets are answered in the order
received. Your initial posting puts you in line for the next
technician to assist you. Should you post to your ticket before a
technician responds, you will move your ticket to the bottom of the
list so to ensure a quick reply, do not to post again until a tech
replies to you.
Warranty for City Rider/Razorback gas scooters
Please inspect your scooter when you receive it. If you
received your scooter with any missing or defective parts, Neo
Scooters will ship out free replacement parts after we receive proof
of your defective part. Parts will only be replaced on defective
pieces for 30 days after the delivery date after which time you
assume the cost of buying a replacement part. Please visit our

Imported Chinese Economy
Scooters Notice
Razorback and X-Treme scooters fall under the Imported Chinese
Economy Scooter designation. Although the price is
very attractive these gas scooters are more suited for someone with
good mechanical skills that can assemble the unit with the
assembly instructions provided and is able to maintain and
troubleshoot mechanical devices. The manufacturers provide a
30 day warranty for parts only on these models. This means
that the entire unit will not be accepted for exchange.
Instead you could be sent replacement parts that meet the warranty
criteria, and it will be up to you to install them. You may be
required to install such things as decks, tires, carburetors, and
speedometers.
There are many scooter enthusiasts that enjoy
working on imported mini-bikes, gas scooters, and go-karts and
take pride in using their mechanical skills to keep them running.
The very low price point, parts availability and relative high
speeds of the Chinese imports appeal to a different market than the
person looking for an every day vehicle to commute to a full time
job or a college student looking for a transportation method cheaper
than a car but better than a bicycle. So, if you have
the patience, a few tools and the willingness to learn, you can make
a Razorback or X-treme work and you will save a few hundred dollars.
If you are looking for every day transportation, go with an American
built unit (Goped,
Boxer, Evo or Martin Monster) or Taiwanese import like a Lashout.
Rad2GO scooters are of Chinese origin but of a higher quality which
is reflected in their price.

Warranty for GoPed Scooters
Prior to sale you must complete the
GoPed
Factory Warranty prior to us
shipping you your scooter. Warranty period is for 90 days.
Full warranty administration information is contained in the
instruction manual that ships with the scooter. Warranty
administration is handled between buyer and GoPed.
Warranty for LashOut Scooters
Limited warranty for 180 days. Directly between buyer and
manufacturer.
Warranty for Tanaka Scooters
90 Days on the Engine, 180 days on frame limited warranty.
Administered by Neo Scooters.
The
Kasea electric scooters are warranted by Kasea distributors and are
applied to any part found to be defective due to material and/or
workmanship. Distributor will, at its option, repair or replace
defective parts to the original purchaser at no charge.
The Warranty periods are as follows from date of purchase:
A
Parts only for 2 year or 10,000 Kilometers whichever comes first,
Void if:
a)
Frame is broken or bent due to abuse or accident.
b)
Wheels are bent or broken due to impact.
c)
Spindles are bent due to impact.
d)
Axles are bent out of ordinary position either horizontally or
vertically.
e)
Any alteration, revision, or addition made with non-factory provided
parts.
f)
Consumable parts such as throttle Cable, Brake cable, Brake pads,
Tires, Seat,
Plastic Body Parts and their related components are not warranted
because due to their normal service, they are subject to excessive
wear and abuse.
BAll Warranties are voided if the vehicle has been altered for
use in racing or competition, rented, used under abnormal
conditions, or subject to abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper
maintenance. This warranty also does not cover any damages due to
accidents.
CKasea and Distributor are not liable for any damage claim or
liability claim, personal or otherwise resulting from operation of
Kasea vehicles in any way.
DKasea and Distributor make no other warranty of any kind,
expressed or implied. All implied warranties or merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose which exceed the obligations and
the time limits stated in this warranty are hereby disclaimed by
Kasea and Distributor and they are excluded from this warranty.
ESome States do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Also
excluded from this warranty is any incidental of consequential.
ALL WARRANTIES above are in effect as long as the product
has been operated and maintained according to the
recommendations of the manufacturer (see owner’s manual).
This Warranty Program becomes effective; only upon the
completion of the following steps:
1. You must have a professional mechanic (any small engine
repair shop, motorcycle shop, or local auto repair shop) or
an authorized Dealer to assemble your new unit and do
the prep work to assure your unit is in proper operating and
running condition. You will need to provide proof of this
when filing a warranty claim, so please keep all receipts.
2. To present a claim, the customers shall fill out a
warranty report card and deliver the defective part for
exchange at his or her expense. This warranty shall be
void if the Customer modifies the "product" in any respect.
This Warranty is applicable only to the customer as the
original purchaser of the "product" and shall not apply to
any subsequent purchaser, assignee or other recipient of the
product.
THIS WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING PARTS:
ENGINE: Engine long block assembly, including all internal
lubricated parts, i.e. rings, piston or pistons, wrist pin
or pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rod and
rod bearings, camshaft and camshaft bearings, timing chain
gears, rocker arms, valve springs, valve guides, valve
seats, valve push rods, valve lifters, and oil pump.
Additionally, cylinder head (s), engine block, and cylinder
barrel or barrels will be covered if solely as a result of a
mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated
components specified above. The cooling system must be in
good working order including cooling fan or fans. Accessory
items, including but not limited to electrical components of
all types (CDI, magneto, and all sensors and electrical
control sending units), fuel system, gaskets, seals,
filters, mounts, linkage and fluids are not covered by this
agreement.
TRANSFER CASE: (SHAFTDRIVE) all internal lubricated parts
contained within the transfer case. The transfer case itself
will be covered if damaged solely as a result of a
mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated
components contained within the transfer case. Accessory
items, including but not limited to, U-joints, electrical
components, linkage, seals, gaskets, mounts, or fluids are
not covered by this agreement.
DIFFERENTIAL: (GEARBOX) all internal lubricated parts
contained within the gearbox housing case. The gearbox
housing itself if damaged solely as a result of a mechanical
failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components
contained in the gearbox housing. Accessory items, included
but not limited to, backing plates, all brake system
components, cables, controls, linkage, vents, pump,
electrical controls, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are
not covered by this agreement.
TRANSMISSION: (Automatic or Manual): All internal lubricated
parts contained within the transmission case. The
transmission case itself if damaged solely as a result of
mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated
components contained within the transmission case. The
complete hydraulic system must be filled including internal
transfer case, oil cooler, lines, and new filter(s).
Accessory items, included but not limited to, electrical
controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are
not covered by this agreement.
Subject to the limitations stated in this agreement,
manufacturer agrees (at its discretion) to replace a covered
component if the covered component fails as a result of one
or more of the internal lubricated parts within the
component stated warranty period from the date of purchase,
while the component is being used under the conditions and
in the manner specified by the original manufacturer.
All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred if any
while submitting parts for review, repair or replacement are
the responsibility of the original purchaser. Any damage
during shipping of a scooter, motorcycle, ATV or dirt bike
to a dealer/customer on an initial purchase must be filed
and claimed by the customer through the freight delivery
company and is not the responsibility of neoscooters.com.
Any damages to the scooter and/or container must be noted on
the bill of lading. We will assist with your claim in anyway
possible to rectify the problem in a professional and timely
manner if one shall occur.
This Warranty does not apply to any injury, loss, defect or
malfunction of the "product" or failure to function
resulting from failure to operate or maintain the "product"
in accordance with the directions contained in the owners
manual provided by the manufacturer (if supplied); or any
injury, loss, damage, defect or malfunction, or failure to
function resulting from any accident, acts of God,
alterations to the "product" by anyone other than the
distributor, or misuse, unreasonable use, tampering, abuse,
acts, omissions, failure or negligence by anyone other than
the manufacturer.
These warranties set forth herein are in lieu of any other
warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of
merchantability or fitness.
The Customer represents and agrees that any claims that it
may assert against the Distributor/Importer/Dealer shall be
limited to those which may be asserted under the foregoing
limited warranty. In the event of necessary warranty work
please contact neoscooters.com. You will need to provide the
Make, Model, Invoice Number and (VIN) Vehicle Identification
Number. This information is available on your bill of sale
and or invoice. We may help you determine what, if any, part
is defective; we can offer technical advice and support if
needed through our in-house technical support department by
phone, fax or email.
Neoscooters.com will make every effort to assist you in getting your
Scooter, Motorcycle, Dirt Bike or ATV up and running as
quickly as possible if a part fails or is defective within
the warranty period.
This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts, damage
from abuse, misuse or neglect or damage incurred during
shipping. If you have a part that needs replacing please
contact neoscooters.com and we will ship the part in good
faith within 5 to12 business days or advise you of the
lead-time if longer. If a part is not in stock we will make
every effort to obtain a replacement part from our supplier
as long as the part is available. All parts must be returned
for inspection before replacement parts are shipped. If a
problem cannot be diagnosed over the phone, we may ask you
to take the vehicle to a reputable repair shop, at your
expense including labor, for diagnosis if you do not have a
mechanic to troubleshoot the problem. We will consult with
the shop and furnish any needed or warranted part as
outlined above.
Warranty for Roth Motor Company
Products
Go Sporting Goods, LLC (dba "Roth
Motor Company") (herein referred to as "ROTH") warranties
our products to be free of manufacturing defects for a
period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover any ROTH
Product that has been subject to misuse, neglect,
negligence or accident, or that has been operated in any
way contrary to the operating instructions as specified in
the ROTH Owner's Manual. This warranty does not apply to
any damage to the ROTH Product that is the result of
improper maintenance or installation, or to any ROTH
Product that has been altered or modified so as to
adversely affect the product's operation, performance or
durability or that has been altered or modified so as to
change its intended use. This warranty does not extend to
repairs made necessary by normal wear or by the use of
parts or accessories which are either incompatible with
the ROTH Product or adversely affect its operation,
performance or durability. Customer is responsible for all
shipping costs to and from the ROTH repair facility.
ROTH reserves the right to change or
improve the design of any ROTH product without assuming
any obligation to modify any product previously
manufactured.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN
DURATION TO THE NINETY (90) DAYS WARRANTY PERIOD OR THIRTY
(30) DAYS FOR BATTERIES AND PRODUCTS USED FOR ANY
COMMERCIAL PURPOSE. ACCORDINGLY, ANY SUCH IMPLIED
WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARE
DISCLAIMED IN THEIR ENTIRETY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE
THIRTY DAY WARRANTY PERIOD. ROTH'S OBLIGATION UNDER THIS
WARRANTY IS STRICTLY AND EXCLUSIVELY LIMITED TO THE REPAIR
OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS AND ROTH DOES NOT ASSUME
OR AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO ASSUME FOR THEM ANY OTHER
OBLIGATION.
ROTH ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR OTHER DAMAGES
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: EXPENSE OF RETURNING THE
ROTH PRODUCT TO AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE DEALER AND/OR
EXPENSE OF DELIVERING IT BACK TO THE OWNER, MECHANIC'S
TRAVEL, TIME, TELEPHONE, RENTAL OF A LIKE PRODUCT DURING
THE TIME WARRANTY SERVICE IS BEING PERFORMED, TRAVEL, LOSS
OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF
USE OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME, OR INCONVENIENCE.

rights, and you also have other rights, which vary from

For your safety and the safety of your
family, any necessary assembly or maintenance
must be performed by a certified technician in
order for warranty to be valid.
There may be unforeseen issues that require the
expertise and knowledge of a trained
professional. These issues include, but not
limited to: electrical connections that have
become disconnected in shipping, vacuum or fuel
hose(s) dislodged in shipping and Loose nuts and
bolts in need of tightening. While these issues
are normally very simple to correct, most being
a simple re-connection, they can be a nuisance
and very difficult to troubleshoot without the
proper knowledge.
Our first concern at Tiger
Motion, Inc. DBA Neo Scooters is
your safety and satisfaction. These vehicles
will be driven at high speeds and by children in
some cases. These concerns are better preserved
by having your vehicle properly assembled and
inspected prior to use.

Return Policy On Lance Powersports
products only:
If within 7 days of receiving your vehicle
you decide you do not want your vehicle for any
reason, just give our customer service
department a call to start the process.
The following are our Return Policy
Agreement:
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA) from our Customer Service
Department. Any vehicles returned without an
RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of
your original invoice must be included in a
return shipment. Customers are responsible for
returning the merchandise at their own
expense. Freight collect and COD packages will
not be accepted.
Vehicle must be returned in its original
packaging within 7 days in new and re-sellable
condition. Vehicle must not be used or
ridden.
This return policy does not apply to
vehicles that have had alterations, abuse,
negligence, accidents or have not received
proper maintenance.
All packaging materials, instruction
manuals and parts must be returned. Any
missing parts or damages will be deducted from
your refund amount. We do not accept any
return vehicle that have any sustained
damages.
In order to keep you completely satisfied
and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping
expenses are not refundable nor reimbursed for
any reason. This includes all freight charges:
the first shipment and return. Original
freight expense will be deducted from your
refund.
Due to health and personal hygiene
concerns, all clothing and helmets are non
refundable.
There is a 6% credit card transactions
cancellation or refund fee for any credit card
transactions.
Damaged Packages
If you suspect that a package we
shipped to you has been damaged during transport, please
refuse delivery and notify us immediately at
support@gosportinggoods.com so that we can track the
return of the package to our warehouse and file a claim
with our carrier. Do not file a claim with the carrier, or
we can not replace your package or issue a credit. By
signing for a package you are stating that you have
received it in good condition and are relinquishing ROTH
and/or the carrier of any and all responsibility, and we
will not be able to file a claim. If we are unable to file
a claim, we cannot send a replacement order or credit you
for the damaged item.
By leaving a signed note giving the
carrier permission to leave a package at the door, you
have relinquished ROTH and/or the carrier of any and all
responsibility for loss or damage.
Lost Packages
Please report any lost packages to
customer service at
support@gosportinggoods.com within 14 days of shipping
and we will file a claim with the carrier. Do not file a
claim with the carrier, or we will not be able to replace
the order or issue a credit. The claims process takes two
to four business days to complete. A replacement order or
credit will only take place after the process is
completed. ROTH in its sole discretion may determine
whether to reship a product or issue a credit to method of
payment. If we are not notified within 14 days from
shipping that a package has not been received, we will not
be able to process a claim.
Returns
We strive to provide our customers
with the highest level of service possible. From first
visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely
satisfied with your experience. You can shop with
confidence at ROTH as every product we sell is covered by
our manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise noted. All
returned merchandise must be in saleable condition with
the box and accessories intact and in excellent condition.
All returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 15%
restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping
fees.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#)
must be obtained from our customer service staff (support@gosportinggoods.com)
and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be
returned within 10 days of the issuance of the RA# at
which time the RA# expires. RA#'s are non-renewable.
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the
customer.
ROTH reserves the right to return any
merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer.
All returned merchandise must be in
the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact,
and all components, manuals and registration card(s)
included. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged,
-- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction
is final.
Return Procedure
To return a product, please follow the
steps outlined below.
Obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RA#) within the warranty period by
sending an email to
support@gosportinggoods.com
Please provide the
following information when requesting a RA#: Purchase
Date, name of retailer, name of product being returned,
reason for warranty return, your name, daytime telephone
number and e-mail address.
Verify that all
merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or
bar code intact, and that all components, manuals,
cables, and accessories are included.
For your protection,
please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping
method such as UPS Ground.
When you are issued the
RA#, you will be instructed as to where to ship the
merchandise.
Return the merchandise
within 10 days of issuance of the RA#. Print the RA#
clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT
A RA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

Shipping Policy All Sales
You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.
Please be aware, Saturday and Sunday are not business days and no
packages will be shipped on these days. All shipping is done via UPS
Ground and FedEx. Sorry, we are currently NOT exporting our gas
scooters outside of the United States.
Larger items will be shipped "Freight Truck". The freight
company must be able to access your area with a large truck
(sometimes a 16-wheeler). The trucking company will call you before
attempting to deliver. Make sure you give us a valid day time phone
number. Also be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives,
notify the driver of any damage or missing pieces.
Once your item has left the warehouse, your order cannot be
'canceled'. Cancellations are only accepted within the first 24
hours of order submission.
If such a cancellation case occurs where the item is already in
transit, you are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs to
return the item to us. Cancellation Return Items must be
still in their original, unopened box with no damage or parts
missing. All cancellation returns are subject to a 15%
restocking fee (except Rad2Go scooters which
are subject to a 20% restocking fee).
Shipping charges are never refunded for any reason.
