Neo Scooters offers all of our visitors the opportunity to make money with their website through the Neo Scooters affiliate program.

It's really very simple. Once you are a member, you will place a graphical or text link on your web site back to our site. If someone clicks through your link and buys something, you get 5% of the sale as a commission. 

We pay our commissions on a quarterly basis (if you have at least $25 in your account) on or around March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31. When you sign up on-line, your Associate account is active and you can start to earn money as soon as you start referring sales to us.

We have just a few simple rules that we ask you to follow as an affiliate. In a nutshell, we ask that you do not use our logos or images on any site that promotes illegal or pornographic material, do not hot link from our site (this means host any images you want to use on your own site), and link directly to our site (meaning no framing in our content).

NOTICE: THIS AGREEMENT CAN CHANGE AT ANYTIME AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL OF ANY CHANGES WHICH WE MAKE. IT IS STILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK BACK OFTEN AS THIS IS AN ONGOING AND EVOLVING AGREEMENT TO KEEP UP WITH TECHNOLOGY. 1. WEB SITE CONTENT: You understand that Neo Scooters will not allow its logo and name to be associated with certain types of web sites. Therefore, you agree to not promote warez, hacking, sexually explicit, or implied pornographic situations, cruelty to animals or children, or the exploitation of children, or illegal activities, or discrimination of any kind including that which is based on sex, religion, nationality, or age. You further agree that your web site will not promote violence or use any other alternative forms of our logo or variations of the name "Neo Scooters" which also applies to the domain name of your site. 2. REAPPLYING: You understand that if your application is rejected you may reapply at anytime. You also understand that at our sole discretion if at anytime we find your site to be of an unsatisfactory content or character as outlined in paragraph 1, your Associate membership will terminate immediately without warning, you will forefit any unpaid earnings, and you will not be accepted back into the Associate Program. In addition, we may alter this Agreement at anytime and you will be notified via email of changes to this Agreement. 3. GRAPHICS AND LINKING: You do not have the right to alter our graphical links. These links are tracking links. Modifying the link will void the tracking numbers embedded in the links and you will not be able to receive commissions from referred sales. Altering the Neo Scooters logo or the graphical or text links immediately voids this Agreement and we will take all legal actions to collect any potential or implied damages. 4. LINKS TO OUR SITE: You agree to have our graphical link within the first screen of data (first 425 vertical pixels) on the main page of your web site. We will provide you with the correct code and tracking information so that your referral commissions are properly calculated. The link to Neo Scooters must open in the whole window - not within a frame or a new window. 5. REFERRAL COMMISSIONS: You will earn a 5% commission for each item that is purchased through a link on your site. These commissions will be paid on a quarterly basis if you have generated at least $25.00 worth of commissions. This is provided that you remain in good standing by following the terms presented in this Agreement. However, if you terminate your Associate membership with Neo Scooters, commissions will be paid in full as earned to date. The referral commissions are based on the raw sale price of the merchandise and does not include shipping , handling, gift wrapping, bad debt, or sales taxes. 6. CUSTOMER STATUS: Customers who buy our products through links on your site are in fact customers of Neo Scooters. You may not imply that you are selling the merchandise or collecting payment or taking on fulfillment of shipping. You may not contact these customers and imply that you represent Neo Scooters. We will handle this as we do for all of our customers. 7. POLICY ON PRICING AND AVAILABILITY: We control all product pricing and availability information. You may not imply any information to your web site visitors. 8. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND PRESS RELEASES: You may not at anytime release written, verbal or other forms of communication relaying the announcement or press release for your web site as an Associate of Neo Scooters without the prior written consent (via email) from our home office. Please contact us to request permission to advertise your site as an Associate of Neo Scooters. 9. LICENSING: Neo Scooters grants you limited and revocable rights to use our logo as outlined in this Agreement specifically to represent your website as an Associate website to Neo Scooters through the use of graphical hyperlinks which we control. We reserve all rights to our graphics and images and you may not alter them in any fashion whatsoever. We may terminate this Agreement immediately by sending you an email notice to the email address noted in your Associate account. 10. TERM OF AGREEMENT: Your Associate Agreement will be active upon receipt of your application; however, we reserve the right to terminate the Agreement upon a review of your web site content and discovering unsatisfactory information or content. This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either you or Neo Scooters. Termination is commenced immediately upon sending written communication (via email) to the other party (either you or Neo Scooters). Upon termination, either with or without cause, you agree to remove, within a reasonable time period but not to exceed 36 hours after notice, any instance of our logo, graphics, text or other images relating to our site. Upon termination of Agreement, we reserve the right to withhold your last commission payment to assure that our information is correctly removed from your site. 11. MAINTAINING YOUR SITE: You agree that you are responsible for your site and further agree to hold Neo Scooters, or other directly related businesses, harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses (including without limitation legal fees), or other charges related to the construction and maintenance of content on your site. You are also responsible to make sure that the information you post is not libelous, illegal, or in violation of copyright laws. You are also responsible for the creativity and content of the customized links on your site as well as the maintenance to make sure they are current and active links. You are also responsible for the technical functionality and construction of your site and acknowledge that Neo Scooters will not assist you in these matters. 12. GOVERNING LAWS: You agree that this Agreement is subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the state of Massachusetts Any legal actions must be brought to federal court in Boston, Massachusetts and by enrolling in our program you grant Neo Scooters the irrevocable privilege to hold proceedings at this location. 13. RESTRICTION OF AGE: You understand that you must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in the Neo Scooters Associate Program. 14. INDEPENDENCE AS ASSOCIATE: You understand that under this Agreement you are an independent Associate of Neo Scooters and not an employee, contractor, or representative of Neo Scooters other than outlined in this Agreement. You understand that you are responsible for reporting any earned commissions on your Federal Income Tax Return and that you acknowledge that Neo Scooters will not and can not give tax advise on this matter. Additionally, you understand that we offer this Associate Program to your possible competitors and Neo Scooters does not show a preference to any Associate. By enrolling in our Associate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and agree to proceed without any further representations, warranties, guarantees or statement other than as set forth in this Agreement.
